DURHAM, NC -- Police have issued a amber alert for a 2-year-old toddler after he was reported missing. Kameron Jakise Hemby is approximately 18 inches long, 38 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and red long sleeve Superman shirt, blue and red striped Elmo pajama pants and orange t-rex dinosaur shoes.
