CHARLOTTE, NC -- Neighbors are concerned about a bus stop where a driver hit a CMS student waiting for his school bus Friday.  The impact knocked the boy unconscious, but he is expected to be okay.  The crash happened around 7:30am Friday at the intersection of Idlewild Road and Lailwood Circle.  A woman who lives nearby says the boy was bleeding from his nose.

"I've seen a lot on this corner in 14 years," said southeast Charlotte resident Debbie Swaney.  "Cars, bad car wrecks.  It always happens here at Little Mohser and Idlewild when they crash."

Neighbors say the school bus stop should be moved back to its original location in the cul-de-sac.  Police did not file charges against the driver involved in the accident.
