CHARLOTTE, N. C.-- Cam Newton brought his infectious energy to Randolph Middle in South Charlotte.

It's one of three schools picked for a new CMS program paid for by Cam's charity. Bradley and Thomasboro were also named.

Each school gets $50,000 to start school pride programs. Newton says he wants kids to rep their schools with pride.

Cam says kids will have to keep grades up to participate. The Cam Newton Foundation worked closely with CMS and EA Sports to pick schools that need the most support.
