CHARLOTTE, NC - The Carolina Panthers have agreed to terms with WLB Thomas Davis on a five-year contract. The team has also re-signed SLB James Anderson to a five-year deal.

Coming back from ACL surgery for a second straight season, Davis is expected to be eased back into form early in camp.

In addition, free agent kicker Olindo Mare is headed to the Carolina Panthers.

According to the report, Mare, 38, agreed to a four-year deal worth $12 million, with $4 million in guaranteed money.
