CHARLOTTE, NC- A temporary home for dozens of dogs is in limbo.

The City of Charlotte says the dog rescue, Hope For All Dogs,  faces zoning violations and could be shut down.

Owners say that could mean euthanizing dogs that rescue owners are trying to give a second chance.
