Deputies Investigate Union County Shooting

UNION COUNTY, N.C.-- Deputies with the Union County Sheriff's Office confirmed a shooting in the Lake Park area.

According to officials, a man was shot outside of a home on Faith Church Road near the intersection of Secrest Shortcut Road.

The victim was transported to Carolinas Medical Center Main for treatment.
