Drought Cripples Crops Across the Country

CHARLOTTE, NC -- From corn to cattle, major products from farms across the country are in jeopardy, thanks the worst drought the US has seen in decades. 

While food prices are not expected to go up now, experts say we could be in for a rude awakening later this year.

The Obama administration is trying to help.  It's streamlining the disaster declaration system and process.
