East Charlotte Bus Route ChangesCHARLOTTE , NC -- Charlotte Area Transit is moving two bus routes out of East Charlotte neighborhoods. It's a follow-up to a story first on FOX over the summer. The routes were intended to make life easier for leaving the new WalMart on Independence. But, they upset residents because the buses cut through their neighborhoods and people wait in their yards to catch the buses. The route changes take effect in February. |
