South Carolina Town Bans K2, Fake Marijuana

ROCK HILL, S.C.- Fake pot is now illegal in Rock Hill.  City council took a second vote Monday night which added a ban on fake marijuana to the city code.   Synthetic pot is often sold as incense with the names K2 or Spice. 

Stores are still selling it even though the DEA banned the substance.  Town leaders in Clover will consider banning it Tuesday night.  The city of York will also take up the issue Thursday.
