Fire Leaves Rock Hill McDonald's a 'Total Loss'

ROCK HILL, S.C.-- Firefighters spent most of the morning battling a blaze that destroyed a local McDonald's restaurant.

The fire broke out early Thursday morning at the McDonald's on Main Street in Rock Hill, officials say.

According to Rock Hill Fire Department Battalion Chief Rusty Myers, it took five engines and two ladder trucks to fight the fire, which left the building a total loss.

There were no injuries reported. This incident is still under investigation.
