CHARLOTTE, NC -- A Myers Park statue is back to original location at Queens and Providence road. According to Keith Richardson, with the City of Charlotte Corporate Communications, the bronze Hugh McManaway statue was repaired after a hit and run driver knocked it off it's pedestal in August. Richardson said the driver's insurance covered the nearly $10,000 repair bill. Neighbors told us, they are happy the statue's back.
