Man Charged with Indecent Liberties with RelativeLINCOLNTON, N.C.-- A Lincoln County man is behind bars after being accused of sexually assaulting a female relative. Rex Randolph Beaver, 72, was arrested Monday and charged with one felony count each of first degree sexual offense with a victim under 13 and indecent liberties with a child. According to police, one assault occurred in November and one in December. Beaver was placed in the Haven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $250,000 secured bond. |
