Man Charged with Sex Crimes Against ChildCROUSE, N.C.-- Detectives with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in connection with sexual assaults against a 5-year-old girl. Neely Martin Bigham, 31, was arrested Monday and charged with two felony counts of first degree statutory sexual offense. According to a report, the abuse allegedly occurred between December 2012 and February 2013. This case has been under investigation since February when the victim's family first notified deputies. Bigham was placed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under a $200,000 secured bond. |
