Man Stabbed to Death in Rock Hill ApartmentROCK HILL, SC -- A Rock Hill woman is in jail and charged with murder. According to Rock Hill Police, it happened around 5:20 a.m. at the Arborwood Apartments on Patriot Parkway. Police say, when they arrived they found a male victim dead on the scene.
