MetLife Brings New Jobs To Charlotte
CHARLOTTE,NC--The Charlotte Chamber of Commerce announced today that 32,000 new jobs have been created since the beginning of the year.
Governor Pat McCrory says the job growth is just the beginning of new economic development efforts, "More is to come because you have a great team here in Charlotte working together," McCrory said.
Around 13,000 new jobs have been created from insurance company MetLife who announced they would be setting up shop somewhere around the Charlotte area, possibly Ballantyne Corporate Park.
The new MetLife positions include, product management, marketing, sales and customer support, the jobs are said to be available by the end of 2015.
