Motorcyclist Killed in West Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Police say speed and alcohol were factors in a deadly motorcycle accident in west Charlotte. 

Investigators say 32-year-old Donnie Medley II was driving a motorcycle at a high rate of speed on Rozzelles Ferry Road when he lost control of the motorcycle and collided with a parked car. 

Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
