Newton Pastor Arrested for Sex Offense

NEWTON N.C.- A Newton Pastor is charged with Indecent Liberties with a child.  According to authorities, 38-year-old Bradley William Moss, was arrested on Monday. Moss is the pastor of Victory Empowerment Center International of Hickory.

Newton Police say they were notified of a possible sex offense that was reported by the mother of the juvenile victim. An investigation was initiated by detectives, where they say they learned the victim had met Moss at his church.

Moss is currently being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a $100,00 bond. His first scheduled appearance is for Wednesday.
