North Charlotte Shooting Leaves One Injured

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police responded to a call for service in reference to gunshots Thursday night on Wayside Court, off of Statesville Road.

Paramedics transported one patient to CMC Main with injuries described as life threatening. Police are interviewing a witness.

A suspect has not been arrested in the shooting incident.
