Only One Outlet Mall in Charlotte's Shopping Future

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Charlotte will only be home to one outlet mall.  Tanger and Simon Properties are teaming up on the Charlotte Premium Outlets.  The center should open by 2014 at the interchange of I-485 and Steele Creek Rd. 

Both companies were planning outlets.  They decided to work together after the success of another joint venture.
