Police Arrest Man Accused of Stealing Alcohol from Restaurant

CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested a suspect for his involvement in the breaking and entering of a restaurant.

David Tabron Jr., 54, was arrested Tuesday and charged with breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of stolen property.

Police responded to an alarm call around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at Nikko Restaurant on Arlington Avenue where they found Tabron in an alley holding several bottles of alcohol from the restaurant.

Tabron has an extensive arrest history in Mecklenburg County.
