Puppy Abused and Abandoned, Reward Offered for InformationCHARLOTTE, NC -- A reward is being offered for any information on who abused and abandoned this puppy. A man found the six-month-old pit bull mix wandering near Veterans Park last night. She suffers from a severe case of mange and is covered in sores. Part of her ears have also been cut off. Good Samaritan David Miller found the dog. Miller plans to keep the puppy and says despite her neglect, she is sweet and playful. Animal rescue group Project Halo is footing the medical bills, and putting up the $2500 reward. |
