CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Charlotte is the home to a new learning center that helps the developmentally challenged. 

Quest Provider Services just opened a new building in east Charlotte.  It celebrated with a fall festival. 

The business is excited to grow right along with patients.  Quest works with children and adults.
