CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- A Charlotte man accused of making threats against President Obama on Twitter will stay in jail.

A federal judge ruled today that there is enough evidence to hold Donte Sims until his trail. The secret service arrested him last Thursday.

Agents say Sims posted five threatening tweets last week, including "Plotting President Obama's Murder".
