CHARLOTTE,NC--Toll lanes on parts of I-77 will be here before you know it.

The state DOT says it's trying to tackle questions commuters may have after reps gave a final presentation Wednesday night in Mooresville.

Toll lanes will pay for widening I-77 in north Mecklenburg county and are said to run in each direction from Brookshire freeway to exit 28 in Cornelius, but not everyone is on board.

The state is scheduled to select a company in August to build and operate the toll lanes but construction will not begin till the summer of 2014, with some segments opening in 2016.
