CHARLOTTE, NC -- Three people are behind bars after robbing a south Charlotte resident at gunpoint. Police say, Marc Tomblin, Jerome McGraw and Phyllis Jenson, robbed a man at his home on Monday around 4 p.m. The victim stated that he had just returned home from the store and was parked in the driveway when an individual armed with a hand gun approached his vehicle and tapped on the driver side window. The victim also stated that another individual approached the vehicle from the passenger side.

The victim said he was told to open the vehicle while the suspects removed the victim’s cell phone and computer equipment he just purchased earlier in the day. The suspects got into a waiting vehicle before leaving the area.

On Tuesday, officers say they located the suspects in the parking lot of Northlake Mall.  All three suspects were arrested without incident.  Officers also recovered property belonging to the victim in the possession of the suspects. All three suspects have been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.
