CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Three hundred and fifty thousand social security numbers connected to UNC-Charlotte were exposed on the Internet. 

The university discovered the "data exposure" earlier this year which includes financial information. 

A spokesperson says the breech has been fixed and people affected are being alerted.  There's no indication that anyone's personal information was accessed.
