VCAT Suspect Arrested After Cutting Off Electronic MonitorCHARLOTTE, N.C.-- The fourth offender of 2013 to cut off an electronic monitoring device is back in custody. Bradley Lonneville, 22, was arrested Monday after a call was received on the VCAT tip line. He had outstanding warrants for felony breaking and entering, possession of burglary tools, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Lonneville was the fourth offender to cut off his electronic monitor in 2013. Two of the three other suspects, Anthony McCreary and Devin Goode, are still at large. |
