CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Congratulations to FOX News Rising viewer Son Nguyen!!  He won the 'Gangnam Style' video entry contest. 

Nguyen will be attending the Kissmas 2012 Concert featuring the 'Gangnam Style' singer PSY. He will also get to meet PSY before the show!
