YORK COUNTY, SC - A York County man says he's tired of the way things are going in Washington, so he's doing something about it.

Michael Adkins says he's running for president. Adding to his statement, the republican just launched this website.

Adkins says the way things are going his children will not have the same opportunities he's had. He says his run is not a publicity stunt. He says hopes to make a real change.
