HICKORY, N.C.--Zahra Baker's father is out of jail.  He has been behind bars for a week on charges unrelated to his daughter's murder. 

Immigration and Custom Enforcement agents are monitoring Adam Baker. 

Investigators arrested him on identity theft and fraud charges. 

Baker's wife, Elisa Baker, is charged with Zahra's murder.
