Barack Hussein Obama Swearing-InWASHINGTON,DC--President Barack Hussein Obama was just sworn in to his second term in office. The ceremony happened in the Blue Room of the White House around 11:50 a.m. where President Obama was quickly sworn in with his family Michelle, Malia, and Natasha standing beside him. Obama was inaugurated by Supreme Court Justice John Roberts, who will also perform the oath of office on Monday. In 2009 Chief Justice Roberts messed up the oath and had to start over. Constitutional law states that the President must be sworn in before "noon on the 20th day of January."
