Catholic School Asks Only Girls Not To Curse
NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J.-- Queen of Peace Catholic School's 'no cursing for a month' plan angers parents and students because it only applies to girls. Administrators at the school asked all the girls to sign a pledge not to swear for an entire month. The boys, however, were excluded. Teachers say that is because the girls have the worst potty mouths and should act like ladies. Some parents and students say it is a double standard. The teacher in charge of the pledge says the boys have also been asked not to curse when the girls are around. |
