CLIFTON , NJ -- One man's tradition is turning into a neighborhood nuisance.  He decorates his Clifton, New Jersey house every year with skeletons, corpses, skulls, and more.

It's grown so much over the past decade, that thousands of people show up to check it out.  Neighbors and police say it creates a traffic hazard.  Cops started issuing tickets last year.

The city wants him to hire off-duty cops to control the traffic.  The city says there aren't enough officers to devote to one house.

The homeowner says last year, only five or six cars were there when the cops were giving out tickets.
