CHICAGO, I.L.--Many Walmart employees plan to walk out on the biggest shopping day of the year, Black Friday. 

The idea is to hit the huge chain where it hurts.  Workers want better hours and pay. 

A large group of them began to plan their walk-out Saturday in Chicago. 

They became extremely vocal when the store announced huge sales would start on Thanksgiving Day.
