IRVING, T.X.--Officials say at least two people have been killed and more than a dozen critically injured in a Texas bus accident.

Witnesses say they heard a loud noise and watched the bus flip several times.  Investigators are looking into the possibility of a blown tire being the cause.

The bus, which was operated by Cardinal Charter Bus Company, was carrying approximately 40 passengers, according to FOX News.  They were headed to a casino in Oklahoma.

The crash happened on Highway 161 near Belt Line Road in Irving.
