Henderson officials identify shooting victims


HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Henderson County sheriff's deputies have released the names of a couple and their daughter who were shot and killed outside a home in Hendersonville.

Deputies say the suspected shooter has been found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Maj. Frank Stout says deputies were called to a home around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Stout says 51-year-old Richard Allen Tracy, 49-year-old Theresa Russell Tracy and 30-year-old Carrie Tracy Warren were dead at the scene.

Witnesses identified the suspect as Warren's estranged husband. Stout says the body of 32-year-old Robert Warren III was found near a car a few miles from the shooting scene.

The Times-News of Hendersonville reported (http://bit.ly/10jnOvy ) that Warren was supposed to appear in court next month on charges of making harassing calls and communicating threats.
