GIBSONVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Police in Gibsonville are searching for the suspect in an armed robbery that left one person dead at a convenience store.
The Times-News of Burlington reports (http://bit.ly/18waoTF) that authorities have released few details about the robbery and the death, except to say the victim was working at the store at the time of the incident. The cause of death hasn't been released.
After their investigation and some interviews following the Saturday night robbery, police have developed a suspect, but they haven't identified that person.
A statement from police said a $5,000 reward is being offered for anyone who can lead to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
