'Fatal Vision' Case Back in CourtWILMINGTON, NC -- Jeffrey MacDonald is getting another chance to prove his innocence. The former Green Beret is serving a life sentence for murdering his pregnant wife and three daughters. He was convicted more than three decades ago. MacDonald's lawyers say hair found at the family's home doesn't match his DNA. They also say a prosecutor threatened a woman who claimed she was one of the attackers. |
