Former Scoutmaster Admits Sex AbuseMONROE, N.C.-- A 69 year old former Scoutmaster who lives in Monroe admits he molested as many as 10 boys in the early 1970s. Thomas Menghi was a troop leader in Fayetteville at the time. He told the Associated Press he was usually drunk. Menghi says he wants to apologize to his victims. He is named in the so-called "Perversion Files" released by the Boy Scouts of America last week.
