Honoring a Fallen Soldier

KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C.-- An outpouring of grief and support tonight for the family of a fallen soldier from Cherryville.

Friends and family gathered at the New Beginnings Church of Jesus Christ in Kings Mountain to remember Army Specialist James Justice. He Died in Afghanistan earlier in August.

According to the New York Times, Justice was the 2,000 soldier killed in the 11th year of conflict.

Justice's funeral is Wednesday at three at New Beginnings Church of Jesus Christ in Kings Mountain. After wards, there will be a procession from the church to The Mountain Rest Cemetery.
