Man Found Dead Along I-85 In KannapolisKANNAPOLIS, N.C.-- Investigators say they know the identity of a man found dead yesterday along I-85 in Kannapolis.
They are waiting on the medical examiner to release his name, which could happen today. All that has been said so far is that the man had red hair. The body was discovered on Saturday near mile marker 63 and Lane Street. Troopers do not know how he died.
