KANNAPOLIS, N.C.-- A group of kindergarten students in Kannapolis had a chance to meet two nationwide series drivers Tuesday.

Brian Scott and Darrell Wallace Junior stopped to read to students at Charles E Boger Elementary. It's part of the Dollar General Literacy program.

After the kids saw a bright pink replica of the car Scott will drive in the Nationwide series race Friday night. FOX News Rising co-host Christine Noel took a spin in the flashy show car.

Two pink cars will hit the racetrack Friday night in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
