Police Cruiser Crashes into SchoolTHOMASVILLE , NC -- A police cruiser crashes into a high school in Thomasville. The cop says he swerved to avoid hitting a dog. Several surveillance cameras at the school show the car, but no dog. The cruiser slammed into the building at 29 miles per hour. The cop is on desk duty and foot patrol until he completes a remedial low speed driving course.
