Police Search for Suspect after Deadly Concord ShootingCONCORD, N.C.-- Police across several counties are searching for a suspect accused of shooting and killing a man in the parking lot of Cabarrus Plastics. The 911 call came in just after 5 a.m. for a shooting on Armentrout Drive in Concord. An arrest warrant has been issued for Chong Vue Lo, 35, of Albermarle. He is believed to be driving a champagne color 2006 Kia Mini Van with North Carolina License Plate XSM-6589. The suspect is believed to be armed. Police ask if anyone sees the vehicle, not to approach or follow, but call 911 and advise law enforcement of the location where it was last seen. |
