Possible Tornado Destroys HomesSTANTONSBURG, N.C.--A severe storm slams part of North Carolina. Monday, The National Weather Service will send in the professionals to see if a tornado is to blame. More than a half-dozen homes on the same block in the Wilson County town of Stantonsburg are destroyed. Residents report seeing a funnel cloud Saturday night. One home was even pushed off its foundation. Nobody got hurt.
