CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Did President Obama try to start a race war? Conservative bloggers seem to think so.
There was plenty of chatter Tuesday night over a speech that at the time candidate Obama made while campaigning in 2007. The video shows him speaking with an accent and passionately addressing how he feels race played a part in Hurricane Katrina.
The video has been online for some time now, but a full length version just surfaced. On the eve of the first debate, the Romney Campaign says it has nothing to do with the tape's release.
