CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- With one week to go both presidential candidates are focusing on the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

Former President Bill Clinton stepped in for President Obama at a campaign event in Minnesota Tuesday. In Ohio GOP nominee Mitt Romney greeted donors at an emergency relief site.

Romney plans to resume campaigning Wednesday, while President Obama surveys damage in New Jersey.
