Vice President Joe Biden is out on the campaign trail, making a stop in Charlotte at the NC Music Factory. He spoke highly of the Queen City, but he made fun of the weather because it delayed his trip Tuesday. Biden once again criticized Mitt Romney's tax plan for raising taxes on the middle class. A new study by the American Enterprise Institute refutes that attack.
