"Being on the water is great because if you have family and friends come, there's always something to do- go on the kayaks, out on a boat ride- it's a lot of fun," says Doug. In the heart of Uptown are the Madison Condominiums. One upscale, 3200 square foot, 3 balcony condo is where Courtney Zuniga and her family call home. She says they love the energy and convenience of living in the city. "When we do have fun events Uptown, we love sitting up and people-watching," says Zuniga. The living options in and around the Queen City are endless.
