2nd man arrested in Gaffney shooting deathsGAFFNEY, S.C. (AP) — A second Gaffney man has been arrested and charged in the shooting deaths of two men earlier this year. The Herald-Journal of Spartanburg reported that 21-year-old Jomiltron Sentell Fair is charged with two counts of murder and one count of first-degree burglary. Twenty-two-year-old William O'Brian Smith and 19-year-old Dominque Cintrell Morgan were shot to death Jan. 19 in Gaffney. Twenty-two-year-old Giles Lee Palmer of Gaffney was arrested earlier this month and faces the same charges. Gaffney police have said a stolen video game system led to Palmer's arrest.
